The question that started it all
“Can you measure motivation in students — and capture it in a meaningful way?”
These days, mentors can see exactly which students are getting a real grip on their own learning, and how far along they are.
A living partnership — the story isn't finished.
A few insights for WD3 over the past year:
Every task and every reflection is logged. So the pattern shows up on its own: who keeps at it, and who quietly drops off?
Not just how often a student reflects, but how well. Teachers can see whether a goal is concrete and ambitious enough, whether a plan is realistic, and whether a reflection actually says something.
For every task, students choose which competencies they're working on. A competency isn't only the result of learning — it's also a tool. Something to lean on when things get hard.
Head, hands and heart: what you know, what you can do, and who you become. Talent Tree shows how the three grow together — exactly as WD3 set out to do.
I now have more structure and overview of what I'm working on.
Talent Tree helps me get everything in order. It feels good to know what I've already achieved.
This way I don't mind keeping my log and reflecting.
It's much faster and I find everything more easily. Reflecting is less of a hassle and I actually learn from it.
Talent Tree works the way we believe we should work ourselves.
The Self-Learning System helps us give shape to our educational vision. It fits perfectly with what we value.
Finally a partner that shows students where they grow.
Working closely with my team, Talent Tree offers a solution that helps our students see where they grow and gain a clear overview.
